Repowering & Inverter Replacement

Switching from inverters by makers that have ended production or exited the market, responding to the end of communication networks, and everything from fault diagnosis to equipment supply and installation — we support upgrades of existing plants end to end.

/ Why Repowering

Why inverter upgrades are needed now

Plants built around 2012–2016, when the FIT scheme began, are reaching the age for inverter replacement. Some makers such as Shindengen have already exited the market, and repair services and parts supply are ending. In addition, with NTT Docomo ending its 3G service (March 2026), equipment that uses 3G lines for output control faces the risk of a halt in power sales. It is time to shift from “fix it when it breaks” to planned replacement.

01

Diagnosis & replacement selection

Diagnosis & Sizing

We check the condition of your current inverters and modules, and propose compatible replacements across brands for models from makers that have ended production or exited the market.

  • On-site diagnosis and isolating causes of lower generation
  • Selecting replacements close to the basic specifications of discontinued models
  • Multi-brand proposals, including HUAWEI, SolarEdge, Sungrow, GoodWe and SMA
02

Supply & EPC support

Supply & EPC

Working with our partners and contractors, we handle everything from equipment supply to wiring review and installation.

  • Checking whether wiring or mounting needs review for the replacement model
  • Arranging installation and grid reconnection
  • Nationwide coverage (through our partner network)
03

Communication & output control

Curtailment & Comms

You can also consult us on upgrading output control and monitoring devices as communication networks change, such as the 3G shutdown.

  • Identifying 3G-dependent equipment and setting priorities
  • Switching to 4G-compatible devices and current monitoring systems
  • Avoiding the risk of power sales stopping due to output control
/ Process

How it works

Step 01

Consultation & site survey

We ask about your current models, operating status and any concerns, and visit the site if needed.

Step 02

Replacement selection & quotation

We select compatible replacements across brands and present costs and schedule.

Step 03

Supply & replacement works

Working with our partners, we arrange everything from equipment supply to replacement works.

Step 04

Commissioning & aftercare

We check operation after replacement, and you can consult us on ongoing O&M as well.

Installation and grid reconnection works are arranged together with our partners and contractors. Availability and service areas depend on the project — please ask us.

From checking whether your model is affected to selecting replacements, supplying equipment and arranging works — please feel free to contact us.
