Message from the CEO
Because we own and operate power plants ourselves, we understand your business from an owner’s perspective.
After some six years in solar plant development and construction, I took over FUKU ONE LLC from my former employer in 2020 and went independent. At the time, it held just one low-voltage solar plant that had yet to be built. Starting with its construction, and handling everything from procurement to operation and maintenance as an owner myself, I learned to judge what owners truly need.
That is why our support goes beyond the sale. We select products by the same quality standards we use for our own plants, and by combining direct imports from Chinese manufacturers with a network of domestic distributors, we offer one-stop supply that balances price, speed and quality.
In 2023, we founded Youhan Shoji Co., Ltd., separating equipment sales from plant ownership and operation. Our group owns and operates plants over the long term and feeds that field experience back into supply and services — this cycle is our greatest strength.
Amid the great tide of renewable energy, we aim to remain a reliable tailwind for our customers’ power generation businesses. All of us will continue to work with integrity, and we look forward to your continued support.

Our name “Youhan” (揚帆) comes from the Chinese idiom “揚帆起航” — to hoist the sails and set out. It expresses our wish to move forward together with our customers on the great tide of renewable energy.

Our AI & DX initiatives
As a trading company for solar and battery storage materials, Youhan Shoji is building AI into how we work. Our corporate website, PVMarket and PVCABLE are designed and developed in-house with AI coding assistance — all to respond to customers faster and more accurately.
Plant status, backed by data
We regularly collect generation and power sales data and compare output by inverter, making anomalies easier to spot.
Plant records in one place
We develop and operate PVMarket, a management platform that keeps power sales records, maintenance logs and documents together for each plant.
PVMarketStreamlined paperwork and accounting
We are using AI to streamline procedures such as periodic reports, as well as collecting statements and preparing journal entries. Submissions and final checks are made by our staff.
Building on this experience, we launched Hodoku AI, a service that supports business automation for SMEs in any industry — starting small, with tasks we know well.

Feb 2020
Took over FUKU ONE LLC and went independent
Our CEO took over FUKU ONE LLC from a former employer and went independent. Starting with the construction and commissioning of one unbuilt low-voltage solar plant, the business went on to acquire and own low-voltage plants and to import and sell solar equipment such as aluminum mounting systems, solar modules and PV cables.

Youhan Shoji Co., Ltd. founded
Youhan Shoji Co., Ltd. was founded to specialize plant ownership and operation and equipment sales as separate businesses. Equipment sales moved to Youhan Shoji, while FUKU ONE LLC continues long-term plant ownership and operation.
Oct 2025
Started supplying grid-scale storage materials
In addition to solar, we began supplying materials for grid-scale battery storage plants.
Jan 2026
Launched solar panel cleaning solutions
We began selling and renting RHINO panel cleaning robots and arranging cleaning work with our partners.
Jul 2026
Corporate website fully renewed
We consolidated our domain to www.youhanshoji.co.jp and renewed our business information and downloads.

Launched PVMarket, an asset management platform for solar plants

Launched Hodoku AI, AI business automation for SMEs
Visit siteBased on the automation we have built for our own sales, accounting and plant management, we launched Hodoku AI to help SMEs in any industry improve their operations. Routine work such as email handling, document preparation and data entry is automated step by step, starting small — with people making key decisions and handling external submissions.
Today, our group company FUKU ONE LLC owns and operates 26 low-voltage solar plants over the long term, and the group as a whole, including affiliates, owns 38 plants.
